  •     Ceramic permeable brick is a kind of high-quality permeable building material, which is made up of ceramic raw materials, reasonable particle size distribution, binder, molding, drying and high-temperature sintering.
    The characteristics are as follows:
    1)High strength. The product is sintered at 1200-1300 ℃, and the bonding of the product is formed by melting and cooling the physical composition of the particle, with very high strength. Usually more than 45 MPa.
    2)Good water permeability. With reasonable grain size distribution, the precipitation from light to moderate rain can be quickly transmitted.
    3)It has good freeze-thaw resistance. Due to the porosity of the particles, the bonding is sintering bonding, which has good resistance to freezing and thawing in the north. It solves the problem that the cement permeable brick has good water permeability but poor freeze-thaw resistance, and good freeze-thaw resistance but impermeable.
    4)Good skid resistance. The surface particles are coarser, the rainwater penetrates quickly, there is no water and ice after rain and snow, and the anti-skid effect is good.
    5)Good ecological environment performance. It can be produced with industrial wastes such as ceramic waste, refractory waste and waste gangue, and can be reused. After crushing, it can be fired into brick again.
    6)It can improve the urban climate, block the formation of urban flood, and the porosity of ceramic permeable brick is 20% - 30%. It has good water storage capacity. In summer, it can absorb and infiltrate into the ground after rain, nourish the atmosphere, conserve the water source, and provide water for trees and flowers. In strong sunlight, water evaporation can reduce the surface temperature and improve the microclimate. If a large area of pavement is formed, it can effectively block rainwater and reduce the probability of urban flood formation.
